Recommended dose:
Apply topically to affected area 3 to 5 times daily.

Water, Glyceryl Stearate & PEG 100, Cetyl Alcohol, Olive Oil, Stearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Beeswax, Peppermint Oil, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Evening primrose oil.
